You paint your smile on your lips

I've just returned from a trip to southeast Asia. I felt bad leaving Marilyn all alone, but I had some business meetings. Perhaps I'll take her along on my next trip. I suppose it depends on the trip. All in all, this was a profitable trip, but I'm glad to be home. I honestly never thought I'd say that. I wonder if maybe I'm becoming a bit too domestic.

Marcus, darling, what are your plans for Christmas? I know Marilyn would like to see you, and I'm not at all adverse to it.

Marilyn, I noticed your conversation with Marcus. We should consider going on holiday over Christmas. We may even be able to convince him to join us for at least part of the time.

I'm feeling almost domestic of late. I really do need to remedy that.
